Many times our clients may have questions or concerns about the work that we do. Here are some of the frequently asked questions that we encounter.

What exactly is a vehicle wrap?
Vehicle wrapping consists of applying quality grade vinyl to the exterior body of a vehicle. This can range from compact cars to trailers. We can design, print and install vehicle wraps. Ask about Advertising in Motion (see attached pdf of AIM Packet) (downloadable)

Can I get a job designed at Smooth Kreationz and have it printed elsewhere?
Yes, because we are a graphic design company, we specialize in design and can invoice you for the artwork and give it to you on cd-rom, however because we have some of the most competitive pricing mainland and abroad, we are sure that completing your project with Smooth Kreationz will be the best course of action.

Do you keep files of previous projects in your database?
Yes, we keep a record of all of our projects on our database, however Smooth Kreationz will not be held responsible for work given to us on cd-rom, jump drive or email not produced by the company.

What does the term hi-res mean?
It simply means "high resolution". When we receive graphics more than likely we will need the provided to us at high resolution a minimum of 300dpi (or dots per inch). The accepted file types are jpg.png.tiff. pdf.eps.ai.psd. We cannot print files for large format from Microsoft Word, Powerpoint or Publisher. Please consult with our design department for clarification.
